Free Books – 2/1/2021

Well, we made it to February! I’ll be happy when winter is over. Sure, the snow is pretty, but cleaning it up and driving in it isn’t fun. Though this morning out next door neighbor was kind enough to shovel our front walk for us and put some ice melt on our steps. Mister heard shoveling outside and when I looked out the window I saw him. I opened the front door and stepped outside to thank him because we really do appreciate the help very very much. My mom and I both have back problems, so shoveling snow is difficult for us to do. Plus yesterday when we got home from Mister’s godparents house, they helped clean the can off some and put the windshield cover on it too. Even though the thing is comical when you see it’s too small, it helps keep a good portion of the windshield clear, which does help. Because of the snow, we opted to stay home and do school here. I didn’t feel like braving the roads. Mister got done before noon and didn’t give me much trouble at all. It was a very smooth day. He also ate his lunch in record time too. I think that was mainly so he could play on his Switch, but I’m not about to complain. LOL He even ate a good breakfast this morning. Here’s hoping the good day continues. Anyway, while I sit here and eat lunch, you can enjoy today’s free books.
