Free Books – 6/3/2021

Well, I survived the MVA this morning and my new driver’s license is being mailed to me. Took less than an hour, which I appreciate and the woman doing it for me was very nice. It’s a bit of a toss up when dealing with people. They can either be pleasant, or not. And sometimes it’s hard to tell which by just looking at them. It was a bit annoying that they were in the midst of construction in their parking lot, which made things a tad confusing, but it ended well enough. And I’m happy to report no run-ins with cicadas. I’ll be glad when they’re gone. Then I can go back to just worrying about wasps, hornets, etc. You don’t have to tell me they won’t hurt me. My mother’s done that at least a few times already. Doesn’t change the way I feel about them. Anyway, now I’m having lunch and then I have to go to the store for a few things before picking Mister up from his godmother’s. For now, let’s get to today’s free books!
