Free Books – 7/19/2021

I know I missed a few days last week. There’s still been a lot going on, and of course, my birthday this past Friday. We have some appointments this week, but I’m hoping *fingers crossed* things will start to calm down just a bit. This morning I was up by 8, but my back was killing me, so I plopped down in my recliner with my heating pad and guess what? I went back to sleep for about 3 hours! I guess I needed it, but it sure messed up the plans I’d made to FINALLY get some writing done since I haven’t gotten much written the past two weeks. Oh well, no point in dwelling on it, right? Sometimes you have to take time to take care of yourself. Who knew grief could be so exhausting? And I know it’s far from over, but I need to keep myself busy so I don’t spiral down into a hole I’ll have a hard time getting out of. Mister’s home from camp this week, but goes back next week. Here in a little bit I’ll be heading to my eye doctor’s appointment and tomorrow it’s Mister’s turn to go to his first eye doctor appointment. I know he’ll be fine, but sometimes new experiences you’re not sure about can cause some uncertainty. Anyway, let’s get to to day’s free books before I have to get moving.
