Yesterday Mister went to a birthday party. The heat index here was 106! So aside from the kiddos getting in the pool, most of the party took place indoors because it was just TOO HOT! But the kiddos had fun and when it was time to leave Mister was ready to go. I know the heat and all wore him out. It was great getting him together with some of his friends from Pre-K. It got me thinking about his birthday in November. I believe they’re talking about another “wave” of COVID this winter (don’t get me started), so I’m not sure what we’ll be “allowed” to do. Got me thinking about having his party mid or end of October. Anyway, I don’t want to bore you with that. I’ll drop off these 7 books and go see what I can get done now that I’m up and moving around.
